Upon contacting us, you will be given an all inclusive quotation based on the details of the window to be replaced.
Once you place your order, you will need to carry out the following:
Once we receive your window we will contact you to inform you it has arrived and then it will be booked in and given an order number so it can be tracked right the way through to completion and delivery. Please allow 2 weeks for this process.
Once complete your brand new replacement window will be quality checked, signed off, packaged and then sent back to you with our 24 hour courier service.
Payments can be made easily over the phone by Debit/Credit Card or BACS. (3% surcharge for credit cards)
Please note: Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel and Offshore Islands incur extra charges. Please call for a quotation.

Many people are not aware that the colour tint of the original windows fade drastically.
We carry various stocks of many different tints of acrylic, and from these, we endeavour to match the tint of the window sent and not as the original colour.

SPOTTY WINDOW EDGE
EECO can not re-create the original spotty edge that your old window will have around the joint of the glazing we can only provide a solid black or silver painted edge on all replacement windows which is optional and down to customer personal preference. This option can be specified when ordering your new replacement window.
