We are so grateful we got a 'Tip Off' regarding using EECO Windows to repair our 'stone damaged' new Luna big front window. I measured the window and went on the EECO site, put the size in and contact details needed to get a quote. Next day one of the guys, Nick, phoned me.
The good news, EECO had bought up a batch of Luna windows from a supplier a couple of years ago. Nick talked me through removing the window, I took it out and over to Halifax, brought the new one back. Fitted it. All on a very sunny Thursday in February 2019 ALL without Luna prices.
We are really delighted and relieved the problem is solved.
While I was at the company I met the owner and a couple of the other guys. They also explained how I could fix a detaching plastic decal on our van at almost no cost. We can't speak highly enough of the service, products and advice ECCO provided. If you've got a problem with a caravan type window do not hesitate to contact these pleasant, fair and talented experts, so pleased we used ECCO.

Just a quick note to let you know that the windows have just arrived. Just opened the small kitchen one and it looks fanastic. Can't get over the packaging it is absolutely great.
